From the second version of The Gotham Times, Thehahahatimes.com could be found by clicking on the twitching "ha" in "Gotham." Hovering the mouse over "ha" causes "HA HA HA" to flash on the page.

As before, there were many circled words, dots, and notes taped to the newspaper.
The circled word puzzles spread throughout the pages were solved by counting the word's place within its paragraph. For example, 'initial' was the 13th word in its paragraph, so its associated letter would be 'M,' and so on. The result is the following message from the Joker mocking the efforts of those trying to solve the puzzle.
MADE YOU LOOK AGAIN
NOTHING HERE
RED HERRING
SERIOUSLY HOW MANY TIMES ARE YOU GONNA FALL FOR THIS
With this dead end, the real game continued with calls to participants with Joker cell phones.
