Review:

A long-time veteran to the GPD, Gillian Loeb was promoted to Commission when the Falcone crime family was at the height of its power. Despite the numerous setbacks in the police force due to mob corruption, he never lost faith in the legal system. His tragic death at the hands of the Joker was only the beginning of his vicious terrorist acts.
