Gotham Cab
Review:
Gotham Cab founder Karl Breitup was one of the GPD officers presumably paid off to leave the Fillipazzo Community Festival, shortly before a gunfight broke out and civilian Gina Tortericci was killed. He was identified in Rememberinggina.org and later died of gunshot wounds during a sting operation by the GPD IAD. His wife Mary was later killed in a hostage incident at Rossi's Deli, but she was not one of the recorded hostages, so it is implied that the hit was an inside job by whomever wanted her husband dead. Their two children have been placed with Child Protection Services.
