Review:
Albert Rossi is the owner of Rossi's Deli and Grill, as well as an associate of Karl Breitup and brother-in-law of Joseph Candoloro. Rossi is also a known mob figure who personally intimidated GPD officer Frank Notaro into vilifying Harvey Dent. After the charges were proven false, Rossi was later attacked by Batman and subsequently arrested for physically threatening citizens into voting for Roger Garcetti. After being charged, he cut a deal and was called as a witness testifying against Sal Maroni. During the trial, he attempted to assassinate the prosecutor Harvey Dent, but failed. He was taken back into custody, where he remains.
