Gothamcab.com was the website for the taxi service in Gotham, found after the company was mentioned offhandedly in the first issue of The Gotham Times.
Gotham Cab was established on Valentine's Day, 1995 on Karl and Mary Breitup's 10th wedding anniversary. We started with three cabs. Since then we’ve grown, adding more cabs and more drivers. It's a family company.

Map
Clicking on "Gotham City Rail destruction zone" brings up a map showing the damaged area in red. Two more maps were found on the server by varying the .jpg file numbers.
Voicemails
Upon calling the taxi service number (1-877-530-2227), an automatic message notes that all lines are busy, and then the caller is prompted to either leave a message or enter an administrator PIN number.
Punching in #6773 (Lt. Karl Breitup's badge number) will reveal an audio message:

Later on April 13, there was a hostage situation at Rossi's Deli where Mary Breitup was inexplicably killed. A second victim, Jonny Marinotti (who may be "Gotham Jonny"), is reportedly in critical condition.

The second issue of The Gotham Times reported that Gotham Cabs was being shut down due to Karl Breitup's death, as well as the allegations that the company had mob connections.
An update was also included on Gothamcab.com:
Gotham Cab wants to thank our customers for your many years of business. It was a pleasure assisting you with your transportation needs.

- The maps found on the site's server would be used for some of the Joker's games, at Whysoserious.com/theperfectgetaway and Whysoserious.com/bamboozle.
- The date of the Breitups' wedding anniversary was Karl Breitup's login information for Gothampolice.com/secureinternaldocuments.
- The voicemail on November 30, advising Breitup and McCree to go to Betty's House of Pies, was the information that allowed the sting operation to proceed.
