At 9AM EST, the image was replaced with an identical one, except with the envelope open.

These locations were bowling alleys, since the note mentioned "ball," "strike," and "spare." The US locations were a locker number with a combination.
When a location was visited and the task completed, a postmark was stamped onto the address.
Reward
The reward was a leather bag containing a green-and-purple bowling ball and evidence bag. A "clown" name and a phone number were engraved onto the ball. The evidence bag contained a cell phone, charger, Joker card, and a message from the Joker instructing the participant to call the number on the ball to complete the task.
As in the previous phone hunt, upon calling the phone, a woman's voice on the other end cheerily said:
Result
Once all of the locations had been accounted for, the page loaded with all of the postmarks; then the list burned away to reveal a congratulatory note from the Joker.
