Overview: The Joker finally "introduced" himself to his followers using bank robbery propaganda, after he distributed cell phones by recruiting unsuspecting bakeries to put them directly into cakes. They were then given to customers who knew a secret passcode. These cell phones (along with others) would later be used as a direct communications system from the Joker to his accomplices, who shared the information online to countless others.
