Initial recruitment

Overview: The Joker's recruiting continued, this time on the ground at a popular comic book convention. Vandalized dollar bills were distributed by unsuspecting vendors, leading participants to a website where directions and a meeting location were published. The next day, hundreds of accomplices gathered (along with possibly hundreds more following online) and led the authorities on a chase around the city, culminating in one of the goons being taken away and murdered. We initially surmised that this victim was the Joker, but were clearly mistaken. The victim and his killers were never identified.
