Review:
A criminal who acquired his name from his gruesome clown-like appearance and personality. His identity and background are unknown. A vicious, insane killer and brilliant criminal mastermind, his only goal seems to be the destruction of law and order in Gotham City.
During the period of our investigation, he gathered accomplices online and on the ground, by plying them with games and information. Simultaneously, he acquired intelligence and resources to infiltrate all of the mob factions, eventually taking it all over. With help from Batman and MCU, he was finally apprehended after his last exercise failed.
Currently, he is kept locked and under close watch in Arkham Asylum.
