Review:
Brian Douglass was a long-time GPD employee, as well as the founder of Citizens for Batman. He had aims to advance from his administrative roles in the department (where he was known as "Atoz"), but was not recommended for a higher rank due to his unstable psychological mindset and limited physical capability.
His dangerous vigilante activities on behalf of Citizens for Batman satiated his quest for glory, but almost immediately led to tragedy with the death of fellow officer Glenn Barhyte. But instead of pulling back on his vigilante efforts, he redoubled them, with his mistaken intentions leading to his own downfall at the hands of the Joker.
