Review:

As the founder of Concerned Citizens for a Better Gotham, Joseph Candoloro led the smear campaign against Harvey Dent, with the help of Albert Rossi and Roger Garcetti (a.k.a. "the Iceman"). Their plan fell apart when media and mob pressure broke one of their paid-off cops, Frank Notaro. In the light of Operation Slipknot and the indictment of Garcetti, Candoloro fled Gotham City and is still on the run.
