The following contains email correspondence between Francis Notaro and Glenn Barhyte prior to the Rossi's Deli hostage situation. There were also hidden emails within Barhyte's account to and from Notaro after the incident, which are included in this record as well. Links between email references have been added to facilitate our investigation.

Notaro - I've been trying to get a hold of you all week. We really need to discuss your partner, Cisneros, and the "company" he's been keeping lately. I have a gut feeling that you're one of the good guys on the force, but if you don't help me out, then I'll consider you to be part of the problem.
Don't make me go public on this one, or things will get REALLY ugly. Be on the Ferry Liberty at 8pm tonight and meet me on the lower deck.

Even though I won't condone what went down at Rossi's Deli yesterday, I'm glad that the truth is finally out in the open. We can wrap up the loose ends and start moving forward on prosecuting the real rats in City Hall. And we won't be able to do it without you.

I know you probably won't get this message (you SHOULDN'T at least), but I wanted to write it anyway... more for myself, I guess. Thanks for your testimony. If more people decided to do the right thing, no matter how hard it may be, then this city would be a much better place to live.
