Overview: With increased attention from GPD and the media, the more extreme Citizens for Batman members managed to escalate their activities by going underground. CFB's founder, an underemployed Gotham police officer named Brian Douglass, established himself as the leader and was able to rally the members to take part in dangerous vigilante missions.
